  • Nella sezione relativa ai dati fatturazione, inserisci i tuoi dati personali (non verranno usati per emettere la fattura ma inserendoli potrai procedere all’iscrizione)
  • Seleziona Bank transfer come metodo di pagamento
  • Clicca su Proceed per finalizzare
  • Riceverai una email che riepiloga i servizi scelti e l’importo da pagare, incluso IVA

La Segreteria Organizzativa emetterà una fattura anticipata che dovrà essere saldata nei termini indicati con bonifico bancario.
Se non dovessimo ricevere i dati corretti entro i termini indicati, ti verrà richiesto di provvedere personalmente al pagamento della quota di iscrizione

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Deadline Charge
Until June 20, 2022 20% of Registration Fee for administrative charges
After June 20, 2022 100% of Registration Fee (No refund)


All refunds will be made after the conference, not later than 20 September 2022.

 

VISA

You must be fully registered and have paid the relevant registration fee to obtain a letter of invitation for visa purposes.

The request must contain the following details:

  • Registration confirmation number
  • Full name including title (Mr., Mrs., Prof., Dr., etc), Given (First) Name, Family (Last) Name
  • Email address, mailing address and company
  • Copy of passport with passport no. and personal details
